When accompanied with an original receipt, unused and unopened products may be returned for a full refund in the same method as the original form of payment.  Used and opened products may not be returned or exchanged.

 

Gift Cards

Refunds will be given for gift card purchases only when accompanied by the gift card and the original receipt. Cards may be transferred to another recipient or used for the specified value at J Salon.  Gift card must be presented for redemption.
