Please arrive on time for your reservation to ensure full service. If you are late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, we will have to reschedule your service(s). Please inform your service provider of any sensitivities or allergies you may have so we may better serve your needs. We kindly inform you that we do not provide services to children under the age of 13.
Appointments at J Salon must be secured with a credit card at the time of reservation. We require 24 hours notice for a cancellation or a reservation reschedule. A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the services reserved will be charged to your credit card for missed appointments, cancellations, and reschedules without a minimum of 24 hours notice.
When accompanied with an original receipt, unused and unopened products may be returned for a full refund in the same method as the original form of payment. Used and opened products may not be returned or exchanged.
Free parking is available anywhere in the Ward Village parking areas. The most convenient parking options are the Anaha Retail parking garage (entrance on Queen Street), Ward Village Parking Garage (Nordstrom Rack/Pier One/South Shore Market), or the Whole Foods parking garage.
We do not have the facilities to accommodate children. For their safety, and the comfort of our other guests, children are not allowed in the salon. We kindly inform you that we do not provide services to children under the age of 13.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and cash.
J Salon is not responsible for damage to personal property. While our staff does our best to work as neatly as possible there are times when color may get on clothing, or water may touch your clothes or shoes. While this does not happen often we urge you to change out of your clothing and put on a salon robe provided by J Salon in our changing rooms. We cannot be held responsible for damages to your clothing or belongings during your service.
